About Tony

Tony Farmer is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in the private, non-profit, and public sectors. He is the owner of Full Armour Coaching where he works with a wide array of clients to help them reach their personal and professional goals. Tony is a proven leader and an influencer who builds and leverages diverse, collaborative networks to identify root causes and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Tony’s coaching approach focuses on changing mindsets and personal narratives to achieve lifelong goals and aspirations. His approach begins by helping individuals identify self-limiting beliefs, then removing or mitigating the “inner critic,” to improve confidence and self-esteem. He then works with the individual to shape a picture of success and identify and remove barriers to success. He incorporates the development of accountability processes throughout the coaching experience.

As a leadership coach Tony works with management teams to define roles and offer different perspectives on efficient and effective leadership. Principles will be derived from leadership theory and best practices from C-Suite to rank and file and the interactive dynamics at all levels of the organization. Once roles are clearly defined, Tony assists organizations with identifying objectives and tasks to improve overall productivity.

Tony has extensive experience as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) practitioner using the “coach approach” to develop initiatives for organizations that create inclusive environments. Tony has coached and facilitated DEI discussions internationally to create strategies for change.
