MFRCC embraces a facilitated learning approach that empowers participants to take active ownership of their learning, moving beyond the “check the box” mentality often associated with training. Our services are crafted with an equity lens, rooted in our proprietary Inclusive Framework© and Inclusive Behaviors©, ensuring that every aspect of our work—from content and discussions to toolkits and interactive exercises—promotes lasting change.

 

Each Learning & Development engagement features a customized learning plan developed in collaboration with our clients, designed by Melanie Ryan, CEO, and the MFRCC Advisory Board, who have extensive backgrounds in learning and development. Our evidence-based curriculum incorporates the latest research, emerging trends, and participant feedback, with all facilitators in the Consortium reviewing and providing input to ensure its relevance and impact.
