About CurVie

CurVie Burton is an Executive Coach, Business Consultant, and Trusted Advisor. CurVie is a "Bridge Builder" assisting individuals and teams move from where they are to where they want to be. He is adept at meeting his clients where they are, assisting them in vision creation, and partnering with them in their walk to higher performance levels and success attainment.

CurVie has served in leadership roles in General Motors Corp (GM), Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Hewlett Packard, (HP) and has worked with individuals and leaders from hundreds of companies in multiple industries. He has a technology foundation and a passion for serving, developing, and assisting leaders.

Some of the ways CurVie has worked with clients:

  • Transformational Guidance working with the client team to craft the vision for the future, assess current temperature, readiness for change, and outline stages in the change process

  • Executive Coaching assessing current performance (bad, good, best), co-develop path forward, partner on the path to greater performance

  • Trusted Advisor to the team, being the seasoned sage objective observer working with the team and individuals on the team to enhance and refine behaviors.

 

CurVie is a certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF). He is also a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC) and a Certified Project Manager (PMP). He is a Practitioner of PQ and uses it as a strategic tool in his coaching practice. CurVie is a Strategic Advisor to Menttium and the Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF) where the focus is on Women and People of Color.
