Assessments

MFRCC offers a comprehensive range of assessment services designed to support employee development and organizational growth. Our individual and group assessments, including tools like the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), Hogan, and DiSC, help identify strengths, areas for improvement, and opportunities for professional advancement.

 

Culture assessments identify the strengths and opportunities in your organization’s culture so that you may invest in solutions that are applicable and sustaining. We offer a dual approach using both quantitative and qualitative methods, utilizing workplace inquiries (facilitated discussions) with strategic source reviews to determine root culture issues and propose sustainable solutions.
