MFR Coaching & Consulting’s mission is to empower organizations, communities, and individuals to achieve equitable, impactful, and sustaining change that honors the worth and value of every person by building capacity in culture development, DEI, and leadership via assessment, facilitation, learning, strategy and integration, and coaching.

MFRCC is a woman-owned business with Melanie Ryan, CEO, at the helm. She has thirty years of diverse experience as a finance executive, nonprofit founder, and business owner with depth and breadth across strategic planning, leadership, and culture development. In 2021, she retired from Microsoft to focus full time on MFRCC. Her passion as an executive was centered in the people she served as a leader

MFRCC is guided by a diverse Advisory Board of talent who bring experience from companies of all sizes in a wide variety of industries. They are game changers and advise Melanie on business and program development as well as facilitate and coach with MFRCC.

The MFRCC Consortium is a deep bench of diverse and transformative change agents that MFRCC partners with to bring sustainable change to you and your organization. MFRCC consultants, coaches, and facilitators have extensive experience across private and public sectors in addition to consulting roles.


Amongst many professional, human resource, and assessment certifications, the MFRCC Consortium has coaching and facilitator certifications from programs accredited by the International Institute for Facilitation (INIFAC) and International Coaching Federation (ICF). These certification programs are chosen for their integration of diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism. MFRCC centers intercultural competence and inclusion in their facilitation.
